We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been authorized we will confirm your order by sending an email to you at the email address you provide. The order confirmation email will include your name, the order number and the total price.

You can pay via sending invoices and Paypal. Please write to us if you want to pay by Bank Transfer. Please be aware that you are responsible for possible extra costs calculated by your bank.

Most rugs are made to order after receiving the payment. Depending on a rug, it may take up to 5 weeks to dye the yarn, tuft it and get it delivered. Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device‚Äôs display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, because our products are handmade, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our website have a 2.5% tolerance. Handmade products may vary, please keep in mind that Runo rugs are hand-tufted, not machine-woven goods. 

For the moment we only ship within the European Union. Please let us know via email if you need your rug overseas and we will do our best to handle the order (extra postage costs will apply and the difference in shipping will be billed and the shipping cost will vary per country). Customs and duty shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duty/tax or customs clearance charges, which may be applied once a shipment reaches the country. We have no control over additional customs charges and as such, these charges are to be paid by the purchaser. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, or delay caused by an event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

At Runo, we aim to offer you the best. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the item(s) within 20 days for a refund or exchange. Email us at to notify us of a return or exchange. All returns or exchanges must be in new, unused condition, with no damage to the item. We recommend you use a registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
